Holistic Healing Counselling is a psychology and counselling practice in northwest Edmonton at 14020 128 Ave NW, Unit 101. The team includes Registered Psychologists, a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, and they work with adults, teens, couples and families. Services include adult counselling, teen counselling, couples counselling, family counselling, caregiver counselling, men's mental health and EMDR therapy for trauma. The approach looks at the whole person, pairing practical tools with evidence based therapy such as CBT, ACT, DBT and narrative therapy to work on what is hard right now and the patterns underneath it. You can meet in person at the office or online from anywhere in Alberta. The first consultation is free, the practice says it has no wait list, and you can book online. Open weekday evenings until 9 PM and on weekends.
