I just wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the staff in the Electronics department. Yesterday, I got a new phone from another store, but somehow it ended up being reset, leaving me completely unable to use it. The original store wasn’t able to help, so by Sunday around 5:00 p.m., I drove to London Drugs hoping someone could. The team went above and beyond. They let me use their landline to call Bell, which ended up being the only way to get my phone working again. While I was on hold, Gavin was absolutely incredible. He helped keep my very energetic 3-year-old entertained, all while continuing to assist other customers. I honestly can’t thank him enough for helping me stay sane during such an overwhelming situation after being without a phone for nearly 24 hours. The kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service I received made all the difference. Gavin and the rest of the team turned a really stressful day into a positive experience, and I’m so grateful

In the Cosmetics department of London Drugs today, Charlene R. was the employee that made my plight so much easier and smoother then i could have ever imagined. Honestly, Charlene went well out of her way to help find JUST what i was looking for and I just want to thank her cuz she changed my entire day! Thank you so much for your help Charlene R. from a girl who does not enjoy shopping, not even for cosmetics - you made it actually enjoyable and i hope you get the same treatment you give and gave me today, every where you shop. You deserve it:) you reminded me on a day where i wasn't feeling so hot or optimistic about society, that kindness does win, every time and it goes a long long way. you gave me just what i needed - a breath of fresh air and i hope i get to deal with you again. Your motivation and thoughtfulness to my needs more then impressed me and you honestly changed the course of my day from then on. Thank you so much, Charlene R. :)

I had such an amazing experience at London Drugs thanks to Charlene. i went there to get a birthday gift for my girlfriend and she went above and beyond to help me and genuinely gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was so kind and made the whole shopping experience actually fun and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about customers and loves what she does. Employees like Charlene are the reason people come back. If I could give her 10/5 stars, I absolutely would!!!

Great customer service. Everyone is very helpful. I was looking for a certain product and it was out of stock in our Sherwood park location. The tec manager had it brought in for me so I didn’t have to drive to the other end of the city to another London drugs . A young man even helped me bring it out to my car. Thank you

​I visited this location recently looking for a Valentine's Day gift for my wife and was completely out of my element. Luckily, I met Bernadine, and she was absolutely incredible. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Instead of just pointing me to a shelf, she showed genuine compassion and helped me pick out the perfect products. Her warm personality turned a stressful shopping trip into a great experience. If you go here, ask for Bernadine—she is a true asset to the team!
