We went to get a passport photo for my child today and we received an exemptional service. Nicholas helped my son feel comfortable and at ease. Nicholas made the process quick and stress free. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing passport photos especially with a child.

Received amazing customer service while printing a poster for myself and decided to leave a review:) I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about printing or sizing, and the girl there (I forgot her name but she had a little pride pin on her badge) was really nice, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Don’t know to even start… I had a device that need to be fixed/upgraded. And found out that London Drugs offered said service, thought “hey, let’s give them a try!”, classic ole store. Went to WEM location for service. Now, unfortunately, my device decided to be a headache 🤕, and well, crapped out… Now this is where the story gets good!! Every SINGLE employee that helped us out from the beginning, the middle, and the end, could not speak more highly of!!!!!!!!!!!! From the tech that tried to fix my device, to the manager of the department, to the very last person (Jesse 👍🏽). Best experience EVER! Best customer service EVER! GREAT EMPLOYEES working the tech department, best wishes folks, and many thanks again, keep up the amazing vibe and service! And to the manager of the department: banging job bro 😎 “W”’s all around!!! Many blessings!!!

A medium sized location with decent selection in a good location. Just a few steps from entrance 1&2 this is great for a quick stop or on your way out from the mall. They have all the usuals you'd expect to find including coffee, electronics, snacks, toys, food and more. I don't have much of anything to say about the staff since I rarely interact with them. But on the few occasions I have they've been kind & helpful.

I received exemplary customer service from Jesse in the camera department at London Drugs, West Edmonton Mall on May 26, 2026. I had purchased a Canon camera 2 years ago at London Drugs and a small screw fell out of the bottom of it. I took it to the camera department and paid $60 to ship it to Canon to have it repaired. Canon Canada wanted me to pay $560 for this simple repair, which I declined and had the camera shipped back to London Drugs. I went in to pick up the camera this week. When Jesse brought it out from the back and discovered the issue was just a small screw that had fallen out and would not re-thread, he pulled a bin of small machine screws from under the counter and found one that would thread back into the camera firmly, and I was on my way. Thank you so much Jesse for going above and beyond and causing a repeat customer to London Drugs camera department to continue coming back. (give this man a raise, London Drugs)
