Dr. Kim is truly amazing. I was scared of chiro prior to meeting Dr Kim. I actually cried happy tears on the drive home after my first official adjustment. Upon my first appointment I could tell she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares for the best interest of her patients. She has gone above and beyond and making me feel safe in her hands. I highly recommend Dr.Kim to anyone seeking a chiropractor who is an expert in their field and truly wants what is best for you. Dr Kim is dedicated to helping each person in any way she can through adjusting the spine which helps your body heal itself. All I can say is I leave each and every appt feeling better than when I walked in, every single time. I hope this review finds someone who is in ‘on the fence’ about starting their chiro journey like I was for so long. I wish I would’ve started sooner! I have been seeing Dr. Kim for the past six months. I came to her clinic with issues of neck/shoulder pain and arm/hand numbness. My family doctor referred me to EMG studies questioning carpal tunnel; however, you know how wait times go, and I could not get into get the testing done until a week ago. Through Dr. Kim’s through assessment and treatments, my numbness and pain have disappeared. The specialist I saw and the testing I had done just last week, showed that I should have required surgery to fix the issues I was experiencing. I told the specialist as well as my family doctor that I have been receiving chiropractic treatment of my neck and spinal nervous system, which the pain and numbness have disappeared. The specialist told me to keep doing what I am doing as it is working. Thank you Dr. Kim. I am also a women of faith who believes in Jesus and the power of prayer. All glory and honor to Jesus for healing my body and sending me in the right director to Dr. Kim!

I have seen Dr. Kim for three years and my neck and back function has greatly improved! She was there when I had neck pain while shoulder checking, which has been resolved, and I went from a 5 degree neck curve to an 18 degree neck curve in one year of adjustments, traction and exercises! I still have work to do, in terms of achieving the optimal 42 degree neck curve, but continuing with my treatment plan has only led to improvements in my body function as I try to lead an active life. I believe in chiropractic so much that my ten year old son also comes for treatment as he is a hockey player and we want him to be in alignment. I recommend Restoration Chiropractic to everyone I know!

It's extremely knowledgeable. Person takes her time with her client. When I went there I did not feel rushed in any way like either chiropractors It was an amazing experience.

The last 4 days I felt so under the weather…my gut was giving me trouble and I had a dull ache in the middle of my back. Turns out, the T12 vertebrae took a hike with all the shoveling we’ve had to do (I still haven’t cleared the last snowfall). It didn’t cause muscle spasms like it would have if it was the SI spine in the lower back, but it made me feel like I was on death’s bed at a couple points…something inside told me it wasn’t an issue that required medication…so I went to my chiropractor this morning (instead of my GP) and she pinpointed the exact problem when I described my symptoms. With a couple quick adjustments, I left feeling normal again; the feeling that my colon and kidneys were all twisted disappeared, the reflux went away, and the range of motion became normal again. Thanks Dr. Kim Crickmay at Restoration Chiropractic - St. Albert for bringing me back to the land of the living this morning…for “turning The Power on” as you like to say.
