My Time Spent in your centre was top notch second to none. The staff are fantastic and very polite. It was a pleasure to walk through the door. I was a patient of Missy. I can’t say enough pleasant things about my care under her. She is an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable. She explains every thing. I was in healthcare for 35 years. My profession was a Reg. Orthopaedic Technologist / Advanced Diploma working in Surgeons clinics. I know what excellent patient care is. Missy has it in spades. I am 64 years of age and have had upper and lower dentures since the age of 27 and have to say what missy made me are by far the most comfortable dentures I have ever had. Thank you so very much Missy. Your talent and care that you bring to your career is exceptional. Cameron Longphee😁
I can’t even begin to describe how fantastic this clinic is, but alas I will do my very best! First off, the reception staff is fabulous. The kindest, sweetest souls.. I truly want to see their faces!! And I know that sounds so funny in 2026, but if you call say a walk in clinic or idk customer service, you’re typically met with “I hate my life” attitude. NOT HERE. These women support each other, laugh, have fun and are professional. It’s the perfect mix of welcoming, down to earth but with the execution ALSO being TOP NOTCH. Ashley, my denturist, if I won the lottery tomorrow I’d be paying her a visit. I swear she has the sweetest, funniest, most real personality and she doesn’t make you feel any less. I’m 33 years old and never expected in Sept 2025, I’d get nearly 16 teeth out. I was lost. I was very uncomfortable in my skin. I was very insecure. Ashley was there for me from day one, never making me feel awkward or less than for asking a LOT of questions and probably silly ones. Ashley was so approachable, so down to earth and just all around a very genuine human being. I pick up my final dentures in about a week and a bit time, and will update accordingly but I just needed to say how absolutely phenomenal my experience was. I would literally never let anyone else touch my mouth except both Ross creek dentures and Ross creek dental (unrelated) but same building. Ashley you are an all star and so is the rest of the TEAM!
I've been dealing with Ashley and she has been fantastic. She's very knowledgable and through and leaves nothing for interpretation. All the staff has been friendly and accommodating.
Lovely staff, great customer service. My teeth look great! Just got them so there's a adjusting ahead but love love love the entire process ❤️
Good people to work with, layed out a plan, the logistics & expectations, financial, warranty, and stayed on target to completion. I'm happy with the end result of my "partial" and if product quality and warranty (if needed) hold out, I'd say they're all deserving of the 5 Stars.
