Urban Centre Dental

The staff are incredible. Always helpful and empathetic, and so kind. Every procedure is explained fully and any concerns are acknowledged and addressed. Both my kids, who have had negative experiences in previous dental clinics, both feel safe and confident coming to Urban Centre Dental. The front staff always make it a positive experience and I am always grateful for their ability to navigate an often uncooperative insurance company.

I visited this clinic today as a new patient and had a great experience. Everyone was so wonderful and kind. They were really thorough with my check up as it’s been a while since I was at the dentist and was unable to get x-rays while pregnant. They really made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend!

Dr Tania, the hygienists, and reception staff are all absolutely fantastic! Having had bad experiences with other dental practices in the past, the understanding and care I've received from everyone have been top notch and I appreciate absolutely everything they've done for me! I had my first appointment at Urban Centre Dental last week and was so pleased with my choice. The office itself is very warm and inviting but the staff make you feel like you're part of the family. My hygienist, Maureen, gave me a quick tour on our way to her room where she took time to ask a few questions about myself before getting started. She was so pleasant and also very thorough in her job. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tania Doblanko for the check-up portion of my visit, and she was equally as pleasant and very knowledgeable. She explained clearly when I had a question and I never felt like she was in a rush. Overall, this was an excellent experience, which is nice to be able to say after visiting the dentist! Everyone I encountered, either on the phone or in person, was wonderful and, strangely enough, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I highly recommend these wonderful people, they're all truly amazing. I've been here for a few things now & they're super kind, gentle & very communicative with their patients who come in for their dental checkup/work. I've had fillings, a wisdom tooth extracted & my teeth cleaned. Urban Dental has been the best by far!
