Safeway Pharmacy Stony Plain

I had an amazing experience this morning. I was travelling from out of province and left an important medical device at home. The pharmacy wasn’t even open, but the pharmacist helped me. Within 10 min I had exactly what I needed. The helped when I really needed it.

I want to tell you how wonderful and helpfull all are at Safeway pharmacy in Stony Plain. I became so very, very ill with a sinus infection following having Covid for the 1st time. I was in such pain with my sinuses & the virulent infection I couldn't stop crying. I thought I was dying. None of the antibiotics my family physician prescribed worked. Safeway suggested to my husband that he set up an appointment with one of their doctors on their virtual site. I made an appointment with Dr. Ashfaq Rawoot. Not a kinder more knowledgeable dr. could I ever have found. He listened to me. He saw that I was resistant to the other antibiotics. He reviewed all of my records & put me on the right course of medications. I'm recovered & am now back to health because of Dr. Rawoot. He saved me. Thank you Dr. Rawoot. This is a awesome pharmacy team , well minus the old grumpy pharmacist but hey there's one in every bunch lol. The young male pharmacist is amazing and really cares bout his clients. The rest staff is great too!

I've always had great service from the pharmacy, and in particular, Chris Dutoff. He is incredibly smart and personable, and with the gift to explain things in an "easy to understand" way.

Have been going there for years. Always provide terrific service and go above and beyond to get Blue Cross paperwork from doctors.
