Referred by my Dentist to smiles for two extractions. I was booked promptly and in spite of being late due to weather and traffic I was seen quickly and set up. The surgery was very successful and follow up the next day.. Very pleased with the professional and kindness shown by all staff.

Dr Dan is the best dentist if you need to do an implant. He is knowledgeable and care about his patients. It will my second implant and I decided to do with him as the first one I didn’t have any concerns. Thank you Dr Dan for caring about my smile.

I deeply regret going to this clinic for a root canal. During my visit, Dr. Chau appeared distracted and focused on charting with the hygienist instead of fully concentrating on my procedure. As a result, my tooth was cracked during treatment. When the issue was noticed, it was not addressed properly, and I felt my concerns were dismissed. Later, I was referred to a specialist, but by then nothing could be done. I ultimately lost the tooth something that could have potentially been avoided with more care and attention during the initial procedure. This was a very upsetting experience, both physically and emotionally. I expected professional, careful treatment, especially for something as serious as a root canal. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for complex dental procedures like root canals.
