Allison here. Specsavers have in Spruce Grove is my “go to” for exams, contacts & glasses. My optometrist is super! Very knowledgeable. Everyone on staff is professional & efficient. They’re always ready with a good sale. I just got my contacts & a beautiful pair of glasses with progressive lenses & coating for night driving. All at a great discount! Wonderful experience! I highly recommend them.
Top notch customer service from beginning to end! The staff were all extremely happy, helpful and easy to deal with. Dr. Akhtar and John went above and beyond explaining our sons need for specialized lenses and how they would help his vision in the long run. It was obvious that they truly cared about his well-being and not just making a sale. I never write Google reviews but I felt compelled to take the time and give Spec Savers Spruce Grove 5 stars because you just don’t receive service like this anymore. Will definitely be back with the rest of our family!
Spec Savers in Spruce Grove is an amazing place to buy glasses!! The staff is so accommodating to help you. I really appreciate the honesty on the frames when I asked their opinion. They were absolutely amazing. The owner was there to help me with my pick up. I will not be shopping anywhere for glasses, other than here.
I had a great experience at Specsavers Spruce Grove! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses without making me feel rushed. I'm really happy with my new glasses and would definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding service!!!
Excellent customer service here. From the booking online, to my eye exam to picking glasses, to final fitting and pickup; Specsavers were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. It was always busy when I went in, but never seemed chaotic. pricing was excellent too. Got two pairs for half of what I was expecting. When I need another eye exam, and eventually replacement glasses, I'll be back for sure.
