I found the staff to be friendly, but I was surprised by the condition of the waxing area during my Brazilian service. Given how sensitive this type of service is, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The service itself was just okay. I experienced some leftover wax sticking to my skin and clothing, and there were also areas where hair was missed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
Great service and friendly technician! Very surprised with how smooth and professional everyone was. I was in and out within 20~ minutes. Kaldeep was very thorough. Lovely location as well! Everything was so organized and laid out very accessibly. Rooms were clean, bed coverings are changed between clients, no double-dipping, and wipes were offered. Definitely will come again!
I have very rarely posted a Google Review for any business, but do feel as though this is worth posting. I used to be a loyal and frequent customer, but in 2025 had a concern come up. I reached out to email head office and never received a response. No real complaints about quality of service of technicians, but am disappointed in accessibility practices of leadership.
