Had a lovely experience here with Tima! She didn't rush but still finished with sufficient timing, she made sure to check my nail health, and ensured that with every step of the process, I was happy with each part (the shape, length, ensuring the design was good, etc). She even offered a drink and some snacks at the beginning, which was lovely! The salon was also super cute and I loved how welcoming it felt. Everyone there was super friendly and overall, I had a great time with my visit. I do not live close, but I will make the drive to come back after a great first experience. :)
If you’re looking for exceptional service, a fun environment, and a convenient location, Kumi Nails is for you. I’m highly picky with service providers, and I’ve never been disappointed in my three years going here. I get a monthly mani-pedi and leave happy every time. Amy is a master of her craft—10/10 recommend. (She was actually a referral from another spa when I couldn’t get in there; that alone speaks volumes.) Plus, she’s fun to gossip with. Always look forward to my time here. You will, too!
Wow! This was my first time to this establishment and I had the pleasure of meeting Tima as my nail tech. Tima was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her work is also impeccable and she paid attention to every little detail during our appointment. This was a fantastic experience!
I've been going to this salon for over a year now, and I've had an amazing experience every single time. I usually see Amy, but I've had appointments with Shay and Chantal as well. Amy is a fabulous artist and does the most amazing designs - she also so great to talk to! I once broke a nail due to getting it stuck in my oven door and Amy was able to fit me in the next day to fix it for me! This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. All nails in photos are mine done by Amy.
Mixed feelings I have been going to Kumi for about 6 months now and have a lot of mixed feelings. My first appointment I absolutely hated my nails and paid around $100 for them and they were structure gel… my disappointment was in the quality of design not the nail’s themselves as I care more about the appearance. I rebooked with a different tech and she’s nails it everytime so It depends on who you see if you’re looking for insta or Pinterest type of set. The price also increased $30-40 more since my first appointment and I now get gel x Timing can be an issue here as I’ve waited 30/45 mins to start my appointment and seen others walk out because it was taking too long for them to start their appointments. Pedicure nail work is beautiful but if you’re looking for a good scrub with callouses and tough skin removed I would go elsewhere. Very hygienic and clean pedicure buckets. They don’t have regular chairs with the tub attached
