Usually go here for manis and pedis, but received terrible service. I didn’t get what I asked for, and the nail tech was rude and did a terrible job on my toes and fingers. I’m actually really disappointed because I really liked this salon when I first went. I had explained to the tech that I needed my toes scrubbed and cleaned as I spend a lot of time outdoors and she didn’t do any of that just painted over top of the dirt. The gel polish is also very lumpy and my nails are snagging on everything. :( paid $100 for this.
I always get the best pedis from here, the staff are sweet, and salon is always stunning. I have been coming for several months + and they have delivered consistent service each time. I have also seen many of their techs so you are in safe hands no matter who you are with. Highly recommend.
The things I’m giving points for is how clean the salon is. They have dedicated custodial staff who are patrolling the salon and working to make sure everything is clean. I really appreciate that. The salon itself is also absolutely beautiful. I came to this salon looking for a last minute nail appointment. I booked for 11am. I came in, showed the receptionist my inspo pics, and then sat down. My service didn’t actually start until just under a half hour later. I got a removal and a new set, and as my tech was starting to put my acrylic powder on, I realized the receptionist never told me a price for the original inspo pic. They wanted $165 … $90 of it being for gems … I very quickly had to scramble and find something new, because $165 is absolutely insane for a set of nails. My tech didn’t chat with me during the appointment, but various employees came and sat and talked with her instead. I ended up getting some dots on my nails, which was still a $15 extra charge … I feel like this salon is advertised as such a luxurious experience, where they go above and beyond. But I didn’t feel like that was the case. I’ve paid the same price, for significantly more detailed nails, with better service. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be using this salon again. The price isn’t justifiable for the average at best service.
I had a great experience at Lustry! My sister and I have very sensitive nails, and they did our nails with care, gentleness and efficiency. (We had Paul and Kylie doing our manicures). It did not take long at all, but even if it did, I would've been fine being there longer because of how beautiful it is. It’s extremely well decorated, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is very good at what they do, and very kind. I will be recommending this nail salon to everyone I know! :)
I had an amazing experience at Lustry Nail Salon today and I’m honestly so impressed with the actual services. Ten did my nails and absolutely perfected them — the shape, detail, and design are flawless. He really takes his time and pays attention to every little detail, and it shows. My nails came out even better than I imagined and I’ve already been getting so many compliments! The girl who did my toes was also amazing — she was so kind, gentle, and made the whole experience really relaxing. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did such a beautiful job. Overall, the nail work here is amazing. I would definitely come back for Ten and the girl who did my toes because they were both incredible.
