Tina does the most amazing work and even accommodated me when I broke my wrist. She lovingly worked around my cast and made sure I was completely comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Tina and her wonderful staff!!! Thank you for always making me feel like family! 🙏❤️💅 My last visit was just as amazing as always!

I got builder gel nails done here about 4 weeks ago. I was absolutely in love with my nails and wanted to become a regular customer. The lady who did my nails was kind and welcoming, so I wanted to book a soak off and new builder gel for tomorrow, but after some of my nails started peeling off today, I noticed green spots on my nail beds. Edited: Tina reached out to me personally and asked to work on my nails. She was incredibly professional and genuinely concerned about the condition of my nails. We sat down together and discussed the possible causes of the green spots, and she took the time to carefully examine and treat my nails while making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to help me. I could tell she genuinely cared about her work and her clients’ well-being. She answered all of my questions, educated me on how to properly care for my nails moving forward, and provided helpful solutions to fix the problem. Although the situation itself was upsetting, I really appreciate the way Tina handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and accountability. Her willingness to reach out and make things right speaks a lot about customer service and the establishment as a whole.

I came last easter weekend to get my mani & pedi and to have my acrylic nails set removed. The pedicure was good but when it came to manicure & acrylic removal thats when i felt uncomfortable and felt really off with how they did the service. First of all, the girl who did it was nice but you can tell that she doesn’t work there by the way she dressed & because i have not seen her there before & looks like a teen (looks like a family member who were likely just helping out). When she was using the nail drill to remove the acrylic, she was using it hard on my nails that i started to feel this HEAT on my fingernails which made me uncomfortable. (Imagine how i felt the whole time) It was tolerable but still, it didn’t feel good. Also, she didn’t polished my nails really well that i see uneven streaks of the drill on my nails, which i thought would be fine once she puts a top coat to it. And also because i didn’t want her to really damage and really thin out my nails even more by using the tool! Also, i asked for a manicure but i don’t think she even did it and then i ended up paying around $90 for that. Overall, i wasn’t satisfied with the whole service except for the pedicure.. and seeing how my nails are looking now, makes me mad. I don’t even wanna go back.

i got my nails done for grad here , was not the best paid a lot to get mediocre work. it would be more helpful if the staff were trained better, the girl doing my nails was unsure of my design and had to ask someone else what should she do, this is specific for the cross and aura effect, my inspo wasn’t that crazy and i understand if ur still learning but if you aren’t up to the task just let someone else do it, i still liked them but i think the quality missed a mark for me here

10/10 experience. Everybody was super kind and welcoming. The young woman who did my pedicure was a delight and due to poor planning on my part, i wound up in a bit of a rush towards the end and my nail tech (whose name I unfortunately forgot to grab) took such great care of me and still had me leaving with beautiful nails.
