A1 Heating & One Hour Plumbing

Incredible customer service and detail to the job itself. I had A1 replace my furnace and hot water tank. And then add air conditioning and dehumidifier. Not only was it a seamless experience….my utility room looks amazing. The entire team that came out to help with this job were professional and personable. From the estimate to the completion of the job, back to the office staff. I had a great experience with all touch points!! Well done to the A1 team!

We wanted a new combination sump pump with a back up battery system installed and A1 was amazing to work with!! Mike was the installer and he did a fantastic job. Mike was very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented with the install. Mike was also extremely neat and tidy with his work and respectful of our home. Mike is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend A1 Heating and Plumbing and would request to have Mike attend to any job that you have. Well done Mike!!!

We called A1 Plumbing to have our sump pump inspected because it didn't seem to be operating efficiently. We appreciated that they were able to fit us in quickly. Quinton arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the sump pump, and recommended replacing our 30-year-old unit. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend A1 Plumbing.

I had a great experience with Conroy and A-1 Heating. From start to finish, everything felt very professional and well-organized. One thing I especially appreciated was the communication. I loved receiving the emails ahead of time that introduced the technician, including a bit about him and even a photo—it really adds a personal and reassuring touch. They also kept me informed about his arrival time, which made scheduling so much easier. The technician himself was excellent, he was professional, knowledgeable, kind and very easy to talk to. He clearly explained both the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand, and he worked efficiently to get everything taken care of. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Return A-1 customer here! We used them in our old house in St Albert to replace the hot water tank a few years ago and recently used them at our new home in Morinville to service our A/C unit. Their communication and professionalism is always fantastic.
