Cougar Mechanical

We had Cougar do a full gut job on our bathroom and it was a stellar experience. Nathan, James and the subcontractors were very courteous, professional and on time. The quote was a very fair price and everyone on the teak took great care in each and every detail, ensuring we got exactly what we envisioned. We love our bathroom, a fantastic experience and can't wait to start the next project!

I couldn't be happier with the service! The plumber was professional, courteous, and arrived exactly on time. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean when the job was finished. The final price actually came in below the already very competitive quote, which was a pleasant surprise. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise—and then exceeds expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality plumbing service. Thank you for a job well done!

Nathan came out to deal with my gas fire place, professional, fast and efficient! Great guy. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I need more work done! Highly recommend

I hired Cougar Mechanical to diagnose the issue with, and fix, my gas fireplace as it hadn’t worked since I moved in. Nathan was exceptionally helpful and informative during the visit! He explained what the issue was (the thermostat controlling it was broken, and then he also let us know that the fireplace currently didn’t have a fan installed, and explained the pros and cons of installing one) and gave us options on how to fix it. He was very personable and friendly, and we never felt pressured in any way. He also cleaned the fireplace up so it looks good as new also! And he then explained how to properly use the fireplace also (since we had never been able to use it before). If you’re looking for overall great service, I definitely recommend Cougar Mechanical! I wish I had found them sooner!

Today, had a water tank installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure the installation was done properly and safely. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The new water tank is working perfectly, and I have peace of mind knowing it was installed by skilled professionals. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free installation experience!
