Fix it Right Plumbing and Heating LTD

We recently had our sump pump replaced and a battery backup sump pump installed by Fix It Right. The quote was very detailed and clearly explained everything they were going to do. Communication before the job was excellent, and the team arrived on time, worked professionally, and completed the installation efficiently. Before they left, they took the time to explain everything they had done and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Fix It Right Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for honest, professional work.

I had an excellent experience with Fix It Right Plumbing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional plumbing company. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the work with great attention to detail. It was clear they take pride in doing things properly rather than simply getting the job done as quickly as possible. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. There was never any pressure to add unnecessary repairs or services—just straightforward advice and quality workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its work. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that combines excellent service, fair pricing, outstanding craftsmanship, and professionalism from start to finish, I highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with this company. Jason was great dealing with us on the onset and understood our issues with the backflow valve. Martine and Hayden came out on July 16th and were very professional and helpful in what we required. It was not a small job but was done very well. We are not first timers with contractors and this was a very pleasant experience.

Had Owen out to handle a multi-job service call at our acreage (dishwasher installation, new kitchen faucet swap, and an outdoor spigot replacement). Owen showed up right on time, was extremely professional, and knocked out every single item efficiently and leak-free. It's rare to find a plumbing service this organized, fair on rates, and great to deal with. Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing and will definitely be using them again!

Found them online. Called the office first thing in the morning, receptionist was amazing. Polite, well informed and calculated on gathering my details. I was out on a waiting list and she called me back within an hour to tell me they had time and a technician will be out in 45 minutes. Kai came out, did a great job and cleaned up his work and gave me a thoughtful walk thru. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.
