C&W Canada Garage Doors

After 30 years of my old hardwood garage doors, I got new grey garage doors installed today. Could not be happier. Great salesperson came and helped me select what I wanted. Terrific Amanda in the office was very helpful. And today I got the best installer, Brian. What a wonderful experience.

My garage door broke. I submitted an email request. Amanda responded right away and was super easy to deal with. Justin came and said it could be fixed. I asked a few other questions and we determined a full replacement was necessary. I live in a place with an HOA so he made sure that the new one had the right look/boxes to meet the requirements. He also made sure the price wasn't higher because of the specs. Brain came to do the install and he was so nice and did a fantastic job. He was wonderful to work with. My door is the best one on the block!! Thank you!!

Wow! I'm 60 years old, and over the last 30 years, I'd say this was the best, or top two, service events we've experienced. From the original communication, to the heads up call on the day, and the Professional installation, it couldn't be better. If I was going through this again, I wouldn't even get a quote based on this install. Cost would be irrelevant, even though it was very reasonable. Amanda, Brian and the staff were top notch.

Just had my garage door and opener replaced by C&W Canada. I had three estimates done before deciding and I’m very happy with the experience and the results. I was replacing a 36year old wooden door with the Made in Canada Garaga door with a Liftmaster chain drive opener. My other two estimates included the identical opener , one with the same door and the other with a comparable Steelcraft door. C&W Canada was competitively priced with the added bonus of a discount in the form of a shop card from Costco. They were prompt to respond with an in-house estimate , the Installer (Brian) was professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you need a new garage door/opener

I had contacted C&W for a quote on a new motor install off their website, as I had with 2 other companies, all with at least a 4.8* rating. Amanda replied within a few hours and the other companies replied with a bot, and no reply from the other. I knew the range of pricing for an install and the quote I got from Amanda was slightly less for a solid unit, about $650. The appt was booking right away with various time slots available to choose from. Was able to do next day service and Justin was slotted in from 2:30p - 4p, and indicated that he would reach out when on his way. At 2:15, Justin texted and was there at 2:30p. He was polite and efficient and job was compete to 100% satisfaction within an hour. The invoice reflected the exact amount of the quote, which rarely happens, and the area was cleaned up and left just how it was before he arrived. Transaction complete and new motor installed and adjusted. Great job all around, Team! Highly recommend.
