Garage Door Fix

Excellent service from start to finish! I really appreciate the lady who answered my call. Although the earliest appointment was the next morning, she went above and beyond to fit me in the same day, That meant a lot. Matt was fantastic—friendly, professional, and efficient. He quickly fixed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the garage door was working perfectly before he left. Thank you both for the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent, friendly service. They were able to come within a couple of hours of my initial call, and had the parts available to fix my door immediately. Zero upsell pressure and the prices exactly matched what's on their website. I really appreciated knowing how much it was going to cost ahead of time. Will definitely call again if anything else goes wrong!

My garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and Eugene was able to come out quickly to assess the problem. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There was no pressure or upselling just straightforward advice and excellent service. The repair was completed efficiently, and the pricing was exactly as quoted. It's not often you find a company that combines fast response times, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care. I highly recommend Garage Door Fix and especially Eugene to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. Thank you for making a stressful situation easy to deal with. As a homeowner, I really appreciate finding tradespeople I can trust, and Eugene definitely earned that trust.

Had a really great experience with garage door fix. First called the office and spoke to Bethany who tried to help me troubleshoot a common issue. It ended up needing someone to come out and take a look. I called on a Friday and they had me booked in for that Sunday. Mac came out and was able to diagnose and fix our issue in under 30 mins for a very reasonable price. Super friendly and our door seems to be working much better now! Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend.
