Overhead Door Co. of Edmonton

Rachelle from sales department is super professional and kind, the installer is also very polite. However, the company does not seem to respect my time. The appointment was made a month before and I took a day off today for garage door installation and they called me last week to change the time from morning to afternoon, which was okay for me, but then they got one hour late for the appointment. When the guy came, no work was done on the day because we found out that he didn’t have the framing material. Now I have to take another day off and all my schedule’s messed up. The 3 stars is for the sales department and if it wasn’t Rachelle, I will rate 1 star. Maybe you should consider at least giving your worker the correct lumber of the work, and worship the time of your customers… Update: One more star for Eric the installer, the work was super neatly done! Overall experience is very good, higher than I expected. This will definitely be a 5 star if it wasn’t the schedule issue.

Seven years ago I revamped my garage ditching the two 8x8 ‘ wood doors to all metal insulated doors. The best decision I ever made and a great company to work with. Last year the door lifter stopped working and we called another company to install a new one. Well I’ve had issues ever since. The garage door started rubbing on my drywall ceiling plus something was cutting into the top of the door. I called Overhead Door Company and received great service at a real affordable price.

Emily at the office was so pleasant and polite. She found me a technician for same day service. Aaron came on time and replaced my springs in a timely manner. He was very efficient and professional. This is their second time serving my garage door. I will always use their business.

Broke a spring during cold weather. Called office and left voice mail because it was after hours . Lady in the office called first thing in the morning and her son came out within hours. Ordered the parts and were there the next day. Replaced with a better spring and doors working perfect. He even made sure the settings were correct which he didn’t need to do. Very polite and personable. Local company who I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you.
