First Choice Plumbing and Heating

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from First Choice Plumbing & Heating – Thank You, Kelvin! Kelvin exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a persistent leak that several plumbers sent by our builder were unable to locate or fix. Kelvin quickly identified the problem, removed the faulty mixing valve, and installed a new one. When the leak continued a few days later, he returned exactly as promised and at no additional cost. He opened the affected living room wall where water stains had appeared, successfully found the true source of the leak, and fixed it permanently. After months of unsuccessful repair attempts by others, we are finally able to use our shower again with complete confidence. Kelvin didn’t stop there. He returned to repair the drywall and restored it beautifully. For the ceiling repairs, he connected us with a highly skilled professional who exceeded our expectations. Today, the ceiling, drywall, and bathroom look as good as new—you would never know there had been any damage. Because of the outstanding work he performed, Kelvin was the first person I called when our basement flooded. Once again, he came to the rescue. He installed a new sump pump (the orange one in the photo), which is significantly larger and more reliable than the smaller, cheaper unit originally installed by the builder that failed and contributed to the flooding. What impressed me even more was Kelvin’s honesty. In my excitement and appreciation, I accidentally overpaid him. He noticed the mistake and immediately contacted me to reimburse the extra money. As long as I own a home and First Choice Plumbing & Heating remains in business, they will be my first call. Here’s why: • Kelvin personally handles the work—he doesn’t simply send someone else. • He is honest, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. • He takes the time to educate his clients and explain the issues. • His workmanship is excellent. • He is reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. In fact, I have already booked Kelvin to return and address some furnace and HVAC concerns. Another company was unable to resolve the issue, but they did confirm what Kelvin had already identified—that our home has excessive humidity. I will gladly leave another review once that work is completed. Thank you, Kelvin, and thank you, First Choice Plumbing & Heating, for your professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and genuine passion for helping your customers. You have earned a customer for life.
