Freeflow Mechanical Ltd

We recently had a Colin come over to replace our hot water tank and service our 20 year old boiler, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, his work ethic and dedication were incredible. He spent a full 10 hours on the job, making sure everything was done properly and safely—no shortcuts, no rushing, just solid, professional workmanship. It’s rare to see that level of care and commitment these days. He took the time to thoroughly tune up our boiler, explaining what he was doing along the way and making sure we understood how everything works. You could tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Everything is now running perfectly, and we have complete peace of mind knowing it was handled by someone so knowledgeable and detail-oriented. If you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and highly skilled, I would recommend Colin/Freeflo without hesitation. Absolutely outstanding service!

Collin from Freeflow Mechanical was over recently to replace 2 upstairs toilets, and put a ceiling access panel in the front hall. He traced the leaks and fixed the ceiling damage, and did the toilets. All work was immaculate. This guy is friendly, personable, and professional. He even went the extra mile in cleaning & vacuuming up after his work. We were Very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to invite him over for dinner! Such a nice guy.

Colin provided exceptional service, diagnosing and resolving an unusual leak and performing a thorough boiler service. His expertise ensured our in-floor heating was running perfectly, and he expertly identified and repaired a hidden plumbing issue. Fast, clean, and highly professional! Colin serviced the boiler system, ensuring the in-floor heating is running efficiently and safely. He didn't just stop at routine maintenance; he carefully located and fixed a hidden plumbing problem. He was punctual, explained the system clearly, and left the workspace incredibly tidy. Provided honest assessments and reasonably priced repairs.

Colin was very informative on the cost and explored all options on how to fix the problems. He was open to our ideas as well . The office personnel were also very professional in setting up an appointment in a timely manner and Colin arrived for the appointment on time. I recommend flowfree for your plumbing needs. A.C.

We recently had Colin from Freeflow in to do some plumbing for us as we had remodeled our kitchen and needed some plumbing work completed. The sink was going to be moved to a different location so he was the plumber we chose. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came in and expertly did the job. Placed a cloth on the floor, laid out his tools, did the work, cleaned up, tested the system, and explained everything to us. We discussed other future potential jobs/upgrades in our home for which he was extremely helpful in sharing his knowledge and experience to guide us in making an informed decision. We are having him back next week to install a water softener. I highly recommend Freeflow for your plumbing needs. Freeflow has been in business for many, many years, which in itself, gives you peace of mind knowing they know their business. You will not be disappointed in choosing Freeflow.
