Johnny was personable and easy to chat with while he worked and quickly fixed my sink and toilet. These guys have big hearts and do their best to go up and above. My place was a mess due to a 138 day hungerstrike I am on but he worked around it and still finished the job quickly, cleanly and throughly. Give him a promotion!

Johnny changed out the hot water system at the Sunset Grill restaurant today. He was very friendly, professional and considerate. Johnny ensured that all areas of the business could run as smoothly as possible while he completed the refit. When he finished the area he worked in was very clean and everything was back in its proper place. Thank you again Johnny. Your effort and considerate manner were appreciated.

Worked performed by Matthew M was amazing. He knows his stuff, highly recommend. Straight shooter, gets to the bottom of the issue. He was able to contact navien and get me almost my entire unit covered under warranty (thank you to navien too, for going above and beyond). Had Matthew install soft water system while he was at my place. Nice install, neat & tidy, and work area cleaned up.

Great crew all around. Johnny Shanks is very conscientious and detailed with his knowledge about all the systems in the home. Matt redid my AC, he was awesome too. Would highly recommend Jetco.

Jordan did a great job fixing our furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing excellent service.
