On Point Plumbing and Gas

Ryan from On Point Plumbing and Gas was fantastic. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue we were having along with all the risks (our house was built in 1955) and the pricing before starting the work. He was professional and friendly and was quickly able to resolve our issue. We will be using Ryan again in the future should anything new come up.

Ryan did an excellent job installing two outdoor frost-free taps with shut-off valves. Great workmanship, clear understanding of the task, and an awesome personality. Highly recommend!

Like many a home handyman, a tap replacement on a hot water tank seemed like an easy enough job. And it was, until the plastic tap broke off at the threads. Called around and received some very high quotes, before finally speaking with Ryan at On Point. They were able to fit me in between app'ts and charged me a fraction of the amount quoted by other companies. Highly recommended!! Update: Hot water tank eventually gave up the ghost and I had no hesitation calling On Point to have the tank replaced. Working in very tight spacing, completed job was superb. Very friendly service and completed on a weekend without the typical "weekend rates". If you need work done, these are the people to call!

Highly recommend Ryan. Always professional and excellent service. We have used his services for years and always impressed. From kitchen sink backup to replacing toilets and water tanks. Always reliable. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan came out to do some work on my property. Currently waiting for quote to come. Ryan was very informative and offered some good suggestions. I’m looking forward to receiving a quote from him. I had a very good first impression and believe he is honest and clearly a professional in his field.
