Curtis did an excellent job replacing our sump pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. He clearly explained what the issue was, what needed to be done, and made sure we understood our options throughout the process. We especially appreciated that he cleaned up the work area when he was finished and left everything neat and tidy. I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Daryl Allen provided excellent service from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you understand the problem, not just getting the job done. Highly recommend Daryl and the Mr. Rooter team!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! From the moment we called, the communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. We received different plumbing services from 2 members: Ryan Doering and Brandon Cooper. They arrived on time for our appointments, respected our home, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The repairs were completed efficiently, with attention to detail, and the work area was left spotless when the job was finished. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality gave us calm that we were in great hands. Thank you, Ryan and Brandon, for providing truly first-class service! We highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for skilled professionals who go above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter arrived and successfully cleared my drain, and everything is now flowing perfectly. My issue was with the communication regarding pricing. Additional root-clearing work was completed that increased the final cost, but it wasn't made clear to me beforehand that the job had moved into a higher-priced service tier. The technician did later acknowledge that the new estimate should have been discussed with me before doing the additional root-clearing work. After I provided this feedback, management followed up promptly to apologize for the communication breakdown, which I appreciated.
