Curtis did an excellent job replacing our sump pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. He clearly explained what the issue was, what needed to be done, and made sure we understood our options throughout the process. We especially appreciated that he cleaned up the work area when he was finished and left everything neat and tidy. I had MR Rooter come out twice,once for a sewer line camera scope and again for line locating. Both times they sent absolute gems of technicians. Adam and Curtis went above and beyond, helping me gather all the information I needed for my project. They identified and marked every line under the foundation, gave me tips on how to move forward, and made sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. Great guys, great price, and an overall amazing experience. I’ll definitely be using MR Rooter again.
