Over The Top Heating & Cooling LTD.

We had our hot water heater die over the weekend. This morning (Monday) I called around for pricing and was surprised that most companies refuse to quote unless they come out for a fee. The fee is waived if you purchase however I already knew exactly what I needed and just wanted pricing. The few that did quote me were well over $4000. I connected with Jordan at Over The Top. I had to leave a message but he did call me back very quickly. I was extremely impressed with Jordan right from the initial contact. I explained exactly what I needed and he provided a ball park quote right away which is what I wanted. Within 1/2 hour I received the actual quote which was excellent. The pricing was superior to anyone else by a long shot so I accepted the quote and Jordan called me right away. He apologized as he would not be able to get to us until Wednesday which was fine with me. He is a busy guy! Fast forward about an hour and Jordan confirmed he could actually do it tonight (Monday, same day of call). I was surprised but very grateful. Jordan showed up on time and had everything installed and working in short order. We are extremely impressed with everything about Jordan and his company “Over The Top” I would not hesitate to call him again for furnace or A/C work and any plumbing for that matter. I highly recommend Jordan for any of your HVAC needs!!

Over The Top Heating & Cooling is really outstanding to deal with we needed help controlling our humidity and our furnace was an issue the last two years. Jordan set us up with and outstanding complete system that our newly renovated home was missing! We cannot say enough good about the individual and this company. Right from the beginning Jordan has been on time everything is as he says and more. When it came to our humidity issue Jordan absolutely crushed it with Whole-Home Dehumidifier combined with Napoleon furnace and KingHome Inverter heat pump(configured for cooling only) working system also included (HRV) system and High-Efficiency Furnace Filter. This combination really has been unbelievable change to our interior atmosphere. Jordan has went above and beyond for us, if anyone needs any services big or small when it comes to heating and cooling systems, we highly recommend Jordan and his company honesty and integrity stands behind them! Shopping locally has truly paid off for our family James & Shawna Spring Lake, Alberta.

Great, fast, and professional service! They quickly diagnosed and fixed my issues with my Google Nest and air conditioner on the first visit. Everything was working perfectly after they were done. I really appreciated their knowledge, efficiency, and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service!

Deserving an Over The Top Recommendation !!!!!! We recently had an HVAC system installed in our home by Over The Top Heating and Cooling Ltd., and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Joe and Jordan, the technicians who came to our home, were outstanding. They arrived on time, assessed and prepared their working space, and worked efficiently to remove the existing system and get the new system installed. Not only did they provide us with the best possible option for our house but they also explain everything in detail, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions, ensuring we were comfortable with the system and its features. The installation itself was seamless. Joe and Jordan took great care to ensure everything was done right, and they left our home spotless when they were finished. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the setup, and their level of customer service was top-notch. I’m really impressed with both the quality of the HVAC system and the service provided by Over The Top Heating and Cooling. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and skilled technicians, I highly recommend giving them a call. Big thanks to Joe and Jordan for making this process so smooth! Richard & Derick
