Reset Heating, AC, Plumbing & Gas

I reached out to Ben for a quote and he was quick to respond! He came over and quoted us the best system for our house! Installation was clean, professional and very well done! Ben explained the system to us, showed us how to maintain it and answered questions about it! We would highly recommend Reset if you are in need of high quality workmanship for your home!

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing/ gas fitting business who recently worked in my home. Jake and Ben are both skilled and terrific to deal with, they’ve done many projects for us such as installing a dishwasher, replacing two and repairing one toilet to detecting and fixing a leak that has been plaguing us for years beneath our kitchen floor. They even took away the old toilets plus the boxes from the new ones including a wooden pallet that they were delivered on from the supply company I dealt with. Another thing is their fees are very reasonable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I already have other projects that I want them to work on in the future.

These guys have been great to work with. They gave us a fair quote, installed an extra gas valve for our barbecue at our previous house, and later installed a new garage furnace in our current home which works perfectly. Their workmanship is clean, their service is excellent, and even after the job they’ve been quick to answer questions. AND I recently reached out with a few plumbing questions and they gave me some tips as a courtesy. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! They show up when they say they will, Are great with my kids following them around wondering what they are doing. They came to fix our AC, and when there wasn’t anything to fix , didn’t charge us for the service call. It’s refreshing to not have someone charge you because they can! We won’t be using anyone else for any of our home needs!

I want to share some positive feedback regarding the air con installation at our Fort Saskatchewan location. The service provided by Ben and Jacob was fantastic. They demonstrated great knowledge, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the results.
