A&D Tutoring Services (IELTS Test Centre)

I had a great experience with A&D Tutoring in Edmonton while preparing for my IELTS exam. The team was welcoming, professional, and very supportive throughout the process, and their guidance really helped improve my confidence and understanding of the test. As a newcomer in Canada, I truly appreciated their patience and encouragement. I will definitely be coming back soon for more tests and preparation sessions. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their English skills and succeed in IELTS!

I had a great experience at the IELTS test centre where I took my exam in January. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and supportive, which really helped reduce my exam-day stress. The registration and verification process was smooth and well-organized, and the staff clearly explained every step before the test began. They were patient, polite, and always ready to help whenever candidates had questions or concerns. The exam rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, creating a very suitable environment for concentration. Overall, the wonderful attitude and efficiency of the staff made a big difference in my experience. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism, and I would highly recommend this IELTS centre to anyone planning to take the exam.

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. However, the venue itself was disappointing, especially considering how expensive the exam fee is. The area felt very cramped, with narrow walkways and limited space to wait or even use the washroom comfortably. I honestly expected a more professional and comfortable testing environment. I came from a country where IELTS exam venues are usually held in hotels or well-presented buildings that make candidates feel comfortable and at ease during such an important exam. Unfortunately, this venue did not feel worth the payment.

I recently took my IELTS test at this centre and I highly, highly recommend it. What stood out for me was their incredible support—they are very responsive to emails and extremely helpful in guiding you through the process if you face any issues. On the exam day, the environment was very calming for me, and I felt much less anxious than I expected. My IELTS Speaking examiner was such a positive and energetic person; as soon as I started speaking with him, all my nervousness disappeared. I ended up getting a 7.5 in Speaking, which I was thrilled about! Overall, the people here are very kind and supportive. If you are looking for a stress-free environment to take your test, this centre is the best choice!

I would never ever chose british council for my ielts exam.cente was very responsive and helfull but choose wrong partner For getting TRF was nightmare; it took 10week to tell me that your results can not be issued and it permanently withheld. And guess what? No explanation no transparency nothing . I think they just feel liked that day to not issue results. And if you wanna appeal then throw more money on them to listen your complain and it will took another 14 week to get answers. No wonder why Britishcouncil is declining phase.
