Thomas Kube was our realtor for our first time as sellers. From our first meeting, Thomas got us an offer on our home within 3 weeks without our house ever hitting the market. Thomas gave us an extensive list of simple upgrades to improve the ease of sale and he was correct on all of them. Our house closed 6 weeks after meeting with him and no hiccups or issues ever came up. We are still in disbelief with how easy and painless Thomas made this whole process for us. I used Zach to sell my mother’s home and it could not have gone smoother. At all times I knew that he represented mine and my mothers interests. Zach was able to calmly and adeptly able to deal with the multiple back and forths with the buyer. He communicated with me as needed and I definitely appreciated his advice and strategy in selling the house. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect. Zach Koziak spent so much time with me easing me into the home buying process. His education in contracting helped him immensely in educating me in a houses flaws and strengths too.
