Top Edmonton Real Estate

Wally was very highly recommended to me and for good reason. He helped me buy my first home and provided the best experience possible. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know throughout the entire process. Always willing to go above and beyond and help me in any way he could. He really cared about doing what was best for me. Truly the best realtor I could have had.

Working with Wally was such a positive experience for our family. From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us through the process. He was always quick to answer our questions and made sure we understood everything along the way. What stood out most was how well he communicated. He kept us informed at every stage and always let us know what the next step would be and what was expected of us. That guidance gave us confidence and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We truly appreciated Wally's dedication, patience, and attention to detail. We are grateful for all of his help and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Wally is the best realtor anyone could hope for. He helped my family buy our first house, walking us through and explaining everything in detail in every stage. He's such an experienced realtor and his advice was invaluable for us. Highly recommended!

I used Wally to help me sell a property after a death in the family whilst I was in Scotland in the UK and Wally sorted things in Edmonton, Canada! Nothing was a problem, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help out during a difficult time. He responds almost instantly even with a time zone difference! I have been able to email, text and call from the UK. Wally himself is such a polite and cheerful man. It has been such a pleasure to meet and work with him. Would recommend him 10 times over to anyone! And a bonus on top my property was sold 4 days after listing for just over asking and you can’t ask for better than that in a time crunch!

I had an excellent experience working with Wally Fakhreddine. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the sale as smooth as possible. They guided me through pricing, staging, and negotiations with confidence and clarity, and I always felt well-informed and supported. Our house sold quickly and for a great price, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Wally Fakhreddine to anyone looking to sell their home.
