Deidre is amazing at what she does. I had contacted her about a year prior to provide me with a market evaluation of my home, as I was considering listing it. The timing just wasn’t right for a move, so I ended up keeping my home for an additional year. In February of 2026, I contacted her again with a request to have my home listed, and I’ll admit, the timeframe I provided her with was likely very short notice. She very quickly went to work and arranged for photos, the listing, and everything in between, all while providing me with a clear strategy and deep market knowledge. My home was listed within what felt like no time, and a pending offer the very next night! Deidre managed the entire selling process flawlessly, and kept me updated every step of the way, She is very kind, personable, professional, knowledgeable, extremely organized, and it is obvious she does a lot of market research. A friend of mine recommended Jeremy in the Fall of 2025 when we were considering a relocation. From the initial interaction via text, and then the introductory phone call, I could sense that Jeremy was dialed in and would be a great fit. He is highly responsive and strives to find you something you will love. He doesn't waste your time. If he thinks a property should be ruled out, you won't even go view it. He is very knowledgeable about the market, the small communities within the city, and will tell you right away if he thinks you should view a property. Upon viewing a property, he habitually provides the back story if required, and then goes to work pointing out any potential deficiencies. He highlights the good but he certainly does not shy away from pointing out the bad. This is so important to me as a buyer. I didn't feel like at any point he was trying to "sell" us a house.
