Calvin Realty

I listed my property in Edmonton and from the very first walkthrough, I knew Calvin was different. I had five other agents through but Calvin was the only one who actually walked the property and pointed out specific items and details that nobody else even noticed. That attention to detail told me everything I needed to know. His team…Ryan, Najma, Ian, and Svitlana (she’s my fav) were brilliant throughout the entire process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and on top of every detail from listing to closing. The sale came together smoothly and we closed at a fair number. If you're selling in Edmonton, don't waste time interviewing a dozen agents. Calvin and his team are the ones you want. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and will absolutely be working with them again.

I had a great experience working with Calvin and team. Calvin took the time to tour my home in person, provide thoughtful recommendations, and explain a sales approach tailored to my home and goals. Calvin handled challenges professionally, adapted quickly to the market, and was efficient while keeping me informed and in close contact throughout the process. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how the sale came together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calvin Realty or work with them again on future deals.

As a fellow Realtor, I recently had the opportunity to negotiate a transaction with Aman Rana, and it was a really great experience. He was professional, responsive, and solution-focused throughout the entire process. Even while he was negotiating firmly for his clients, communication remained respectful and productive. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the deal across the finish line made for a smooth transaction. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work together again on future deals. He is an excellent Realtor.

I had a wonderful experience working with Calvin Hexter. Calvin was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how attentive he was to my needs. I would definitely recommend Calvin and Calvin Realty to anyone looking for someone they can trust!

Working with Calvin Hexter and the team at Calvin Realty was an absolute pleasure. The entire transaction was handled with efficiency, professionalism, and excellent communication from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to work with true professionals on the other side of a deal, and Calvin and his team are a great example of what our industry should strive to be. Thank you for making this such a smooth and enjoyable transaction. I look forward to working together again!
