Sean Clair, Realtor - eXp Realty

Working with Sean was a great experience as a first-time homebuyer. He helped me find a house that I absolutely love (one which I almost passed on over some small, cosmetic factors!) Sean was able to point out significant value-add details within the home that weren’t immediately obvious to my eye. Throughout the process Sean was always available, friendly and willing to help, and the overall process went very smoothly. I appreciate the support he provided throughout my home-buying journey and would recommend him to others.

Honestly, if you’re looking for someone who truly knows both building construction and the real value of a home, Sean is the one you want by your side! He didn’t just help us find a house, he helped us find our home. Sean goes above and beyond to fight for what’s fair and ensures you get exactly what you deserve, especially when making such a huge investment. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, and Sean guided us through every single step, from brokers to banks and everything in between. He’s patient, honest, and completely trustworthy. We would choose Sean a thousand times over! 😊

Sean is one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I've ever done business with. His knowledge, honesty, and experience really helped me and my wife out. If you're wondering if you should choose Sean as your realtor, it's a no brainer.

My wife and I had been planning to sell our house because we were moving to Spain. We had never gone through the process of selling a home before, and the thought of it felt overwhelming. We were already stressed with all the paperwork and preparations involved in moving to another country. Then we met Sean. We explained our situation and our timeline to him, and he immediately put us at ease. Not only did he help us understand the process, but he also helped negotiate with the buyers to get us the best offer possible for our home. Thank you Sean for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier and for getting us one step closer to achieving our dream!

Sean was awesome for me. Truely believe i found the best house at the best prices. He is down to earth, and honest. Highly recommend using him. He also put me in touch with a great broker and lawyer.
