Rimrock Real Estate

Kimberly Phillips recently helped me find my first home, and the experience could not have been better! Kim is everything you'd want in an agent: professional, honest, diligent, hardworking, accommodating, a skilled communicator, and an overall wonderful person to be around. I would recommend Kimberly Phillips to anyone looking to buy or sell! Her service is top notch!

We had an excellent experience working with Eyad Seifeldin as our real estate agent. After working with other real estate agents, we were under the impression that we did not need an agent at all...until we met Eyad. He completely transformed our view of how important and helpful the right real estate agent can be. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. His understanding of the local market was exceptional, and his strong negotiation skills ultimately helped us secure significant cost savings. He consistently arrived early to viewings and was able to answer any questions about the property and the surrounding area. What stood out most was his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring we felt confident in every decision. He took the time to understand our needs, provided honest and transparent guidance, and never made us feel pressured at any point in the process. He was always available to answer questions, explain options clearly, and advocate for our best interests. We are very satisfied with our experience and will absolutely be working with Eyad for all of our future property purchases. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you so much Eyad!!!

I cannot recommend Eyad Seifeldin highly enough. From our first conversation to closing day, he was an absolute professional and a fierce advocate for us. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous, but Eyad patiently guided us through every step, explaining everything in detail and making the process feel seamless. His knowledge of the local market is incredible, and his negotiation skills saved us thousands of dollars. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and his recommendations for inspectors and lenders were top-notch. We truly felt like we were his only client. If you're looking for a realtor who is honest, knowledgeable, and will work tirelessly to get you the best possible outcome, look no further. Thank you for helping us find our dream home!

When listing our home, we had about 5-6 viewings. Ari Leskaj was the only buyer realtor with the courtesy to leave a business card behind. Classy and professional move. Thank you.
