Ascendant Financial Inc: Financial Planner - Edmonton

I recently worked with **Ascendant Financial**, and I had a fantastic experience throughout the entire process. The agent, **Brent**, was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely thorough. He clearly explained the procedure step-by-step, and he made sure I understood both the benefits of the program and how it could help me. What I appreciated most was Brent’s level of guidance and support—he helped me with setup and made everything feel straightforward. He walked me through the details, answered my questions thoroughly, and ensured I knew exactly what to do next, including how to move forward with the necessary contact and information. Overall, I felt supported from start to finish, and I highly recommend Ascendant Financial (and Brent) to anyone looking for clarity, confidence, and real help getting everything set up correctly.

I met Josh through Ascendant Financial Inc. while working to develop and implement an Infinite Banking Concept (IBC) system for my family. From the start, he has been incredibly helpful in not only explaining how to use the system, but also helping me refine and improve it to better meet our goals. Josh consistently provides valuable resources, points me toward additional education, and takes the time to clarify questions and concepts I didn’t fully understand. His depth of knowledge and willingness to teach really set him apart. I’ve worked with another group in the IBC space before, and while they were good, the level of service, expertise, and educational support I’ve received from Josh and his organization is truly on another level—head and shoulders above the others I’ve encountered. If you’re serious about learning and implementing IBC the right way, I highly recommend working with Josh and Ascendant Financial.

I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Neil Deitrich while obtaining a Universal Life Insurance policy. He took the time to understand my financial goals, explained all the available options clearly, and helped me choose a plan that best suited my family's needs and long-term objectives. Throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Their whole team's guidance made what could have been a complicated decision much easier and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for trustworthy financial advice and assistance with life insurance planning. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication!

Ravi has been a delightful man to patiently guide me through my new process of learning. I would recommend him to ANYONE. Thank you for great service now and in the days to come.

Since my very first call with Ascendant Financial , to the present day, Jeff Treleaven has gone above and beyond finding what fits best for me and mine. He has been consistent with many choices of products, succinctly explains everything until I understand fully, and has surpassed any expectations of customer service I have ever experienced. Jeff, together with Emily have held my hand through the process and are available for questions every time I have run into one. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Thank you!
