Fuzzy Furballs Grooming

She does an amazing job on my cat boy every time! He never has any issues and has never gotten worked up about going. He goes every two and a half months or so. Easy hand off at the door. Always has patience and is never upset if I'm a few moments behind in drop off or pu. My cat is a large dude with long hair, the cut I ask for is always done, if there's been any issues or misalignments, etc she makes sure I understand why (and they've always been about his safety based on temperament.) I feel safe about leaving him there. The cost has remained steady (+personal tip) which I've appreciated these two years. The house is easy to find and there's always parking. ACCESSIBILITY: the sidewalk in front of the house is in OK condition, and there's a good slanted curb in front of the house. The sidewalk leading up to the house is uneven and unbalanced. It takes me paying attention to not misstep. No mobility aids could move. It leads up to a one step landing, which has never personally been needed. The house has a working doorbell about 4.5ft off of the ground.

My 8-month-old puppy is super anxious and fearful around new people and places. We tried once at a big chain groomer and they had to turn us away because he was too stressed and reactive to safely groom. I was so worried we’d never find someone who could handle him. Then we booked with Jonna, and it was night and day. She was incredibly calm and patient from the start, letting him warm up at his own pace, and speaking to him so gently. She took breaks whenever he seemed overwhelmed and somehow still managed to give him a full bath, perfect haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Jonna clearly has a special gift with nervous dogs. Thank you, Jonna – you’re amazing! 🐶❤️

If you have a breed that requires hand stripping, this is the place to go! Always does such a wonderful job on my Australian Terrier, and he always comes home happy and adorable! ☺️ 10/10 recommend! (Before and after photos)

So happy I found Jonna in such a pinch. She is worth way more than she asks for her services. She's quick and usually my doggy doesn't like strangers but he took to her right away! I would refer her to anyone who requires any grooming services.
