Ruffington’s Palace

Amazing over all! When I called to book they were so kind and personal on the phone. When dropping my dog Blu off they were friendly. I felt comfortable leaving Blu there. They gave Blu the hair cut I asked for exactly! When I picked up Blu he seemed happy and calm! We have been searching for a groomer that goes above and beyond. We will be repeating customers from here on out!

I never took my dog to a groomer before, I love that they only take one appointment at a time they don’t overbook book, no need to kennel. He was a a little scared, and he had Matt’s , long nails, a lot of hair in his ears. They were so kind and did an amazing job, he is perfect now. Thank you so much Ruffingtons place. I don’t need to avoid a grooming anymore because I trust you fully with Neo

Brought our Charlie for his first professional hair cut today. Customer service was excellent and Charlie looked so handsome when I arrived to pick him up. Thank you ladies for your awesome skills and service. See you soon.

This is already a month late review. But still I want to thank the Staffs for being so patient on my dog. It was our Zeus’ 1st groom and we are so worried cos he has too much energy and hyper. But still they did a very good job handling him like a pro! He looked so perfect and fluffy! Staffs are so accomodating and fun to talk to, extremely patient and professionals. Thank you for taking good care of our dog and we’ll surely be back soon. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were calm, friendly, took time to ask what I wanted for my Jeremiah. Shop looks and smells clean. Spacious-feeling and bright. Price was fair in my opinion. Jeremiah came out happy, tidy, nails were very well done. Bandana a bonus! Defo coming back when he needs another spa day! Thanks so much ladies!
