Waggytails

Tyson loves his friends and aunties, wagging his tail at waggytails. Comes home happy healthy and tired each visit. No problems with this daycare since switching over a year ago. The staff genuinely care about our pups and don't view them as a cash cow like the last place. Haven't had the opportunity to have a sleep over yet but that time may come soon.

I feel other dog owners should be aware of my experience with Waggy Tails. While my dog was at daycare, another dog bit her. I was never contacted about the incident and only found out afterward. Staff downplayed it as a “minor puncture wound,” but the injury later developed into an abscess that required veterinary treatment and surgery. Although the surgery costs were eventually reimbursed, I was extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled overall. When I brought my concerns back to management, I felt they continued minimizing the seriousness of what happened instead of treating it with the urgency and accountability I expected from a daycare entrusted with people’s pets. What concerns me most is that the dog involved apparently continues attending daycare there, despite what happened. That alone made me lose confidence in the safety practices and oversight at this facility. Because of this experience, I have since moved my dog to another daycare. I cannot recommend Waggy Tails based on how this situation was handled.

My furbaby has been going here since she was 5 months old. She turned 2 today! The whole staff is fantastic and the hours and pricing is great! She loves to go for the day and is always tired wjen picked up.

Waggytails is an amazing and highly trusted daycare that I would definitely recommend. All the staff take such good care of our fur babies and it feels like we are dropping them off with family. They make sure everyone recieved personal time, proper socializing exercise, and appropriate stimulation (they even show movies, play music the pups like, blow bubbles, prepare wading pools, and give plenty of snuggles). They offer grooming, a healthy selection of dog foods and treats as well as overnight care. 10/10 owners....they are super responsive and listen to your needs and always make sure things are safe and you are happy.

Both times I have been to Waggy Tails they were awesome. My dog looked a million times better and they are very accommodating schedule wise with happy welcoming people. Definitely recommend!
