I took the driving test, and it went very well. The instructor, named Ahmet, was very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel any pressure during the test. I performed very well and felt comfortable throughout the experience. He was calm, respectful, and didn’t talk unnecessarily, which allowed me to focus on driving effectively. As a result, I passed the test. Thank you! I highly recommend this kind, respectful, and calm instructor.

I went for a Class 5 road test with Samson and the overall experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the examiner had a noticeably cold attitude that made the entire test feel unnecessarily stressful. Communication was minimal and often dismissive, which added to the pressure during the drive. The test itself lasted around an hour of driving while I followed all instructions given. During the assessment I received positive feedback on several aspects of my driving, including parking, mirror checks, and general vehicle control. Despite this, I was failed based on a single speed limit situation in an area where signage was not clear to me at the time. What was most frustrating is that it felt like the evaluation was focused on finding a reason not to pass rather than fairly assessing overall driving ability across the full test. Regardless of the outcome, professionalism and clear communication matter during a driving exam, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future testing experiences for other drivers.

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my experience with the same driving examiner, Randy, across three road test attempts. After completing three tests with Randy as my examiner, I have serious concerns about the fairness, consistency, and objectivity of the evaluations. On multiple occasions, I felt that certain driving actions were either not properly acknowledged or were interpreted in a way that negatively affected my results. This has led me to question whether the assessments were being applied consistently according to standard testing criteria. In addition, I found Randy’s demeanor and some of the comments made during the tests to be discouraging and not reflective of a neutral or supportive testing environment. Given the importance, cost, and impact of these examinations, I believe all candidates should be assessed in a strictly fair and impartial manner. I am not requesting a passing result or any special consideration. I am requesting a formal review of my experience and confirmation that the assessments were conducted in line with established standards. I would also appreciate guidance on whether it is possible to be assigned a different examiner for any future attempts to ensure an impartial evaluation process.

I came recently to get my registration renewed and the lady that helped me was sooo helpful, kind And efficient! Which is hard to come by these days. Her name was jasmine and her desk was #4. Anytime I need something done I’m coming here just for her now. The 2 ladies on either side of her had stank faces though and seemed pretty grumpy. Super lucky I didn’t get one of them.. and the lady greeting people was really nice too!

Came in today with my fiance to get our marriage license. We had Jasmine help us out and she was incredibly amazing !! She was very quick with her work and made the situation so welcoming.
