Staples

Excellent service from Darpit at Staples Skyview! We originally came in looking for an unlocked phone that we could purchase outright. Darpit, the Wireless Bell Supervisor, took the time to understand what we needed and explained our options clearly. He recommended a Virgin contract that turned out to be a much better option for us. What really stood out was how helpful and patient he was throughout the entire process. He took care of the data transfer, helped set up the new phone, and made sure everything was working properly before we left. Darpit went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. We truly appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for Darpit if you need assistance with a phone or wireless service at Staples Skyview! Thank you, Darpit, for making the whole process so easy! 🙌

We had the pleasure of working with AJ in the tech department as we were getting new screen protectors for our new phones. He talked us through the new process as they had switched from the liquid protectors to the new panzer glass. He walked us through, gave us great recommendations and it was an amazing experience overall. To add on, he gave us added information about switching from physical Sim cards to E-Sims that we were not aware of, this type of customer service is top notch and we would recommend him to everyone!

Darpit was excellent to deal with,I just came for Bluetooth speaker and then end up of getting new phone. He gave me a great deal & he is very good salesperson also I am paying same price with a new phone. Highly recommend 👌

The three reasons I had a fantastic shopping experience at Skyview Staples yesterday were: Darpit, Sara and Mohiv. Darpit Patel was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me find a laser printer, although this was not his specialty,Darpit helped me way more than the customer service rep specialized in printers. Darpit walked with me and showed me where the printers were, he also advised me on the most suitable backpacks for my nephews. A very respectful, knowledgeable and courteous young man! Sara also helped me with my purchases at the cashier checkout. She was all smiles and she was also very helpful ☺️. You could never tell she was "In Training", she helped me choose backpack colors and make, my nephews loved the backpacks, thank you Sara and Darpit. Mohiv, the manager, came to help Darpit with an override, he too was courteous and helpful both to me and to Darpit and Sara. Kudos to you Staples for hiring such a good manager. He even helped me carry and load up my purchases to my car. A fine gentleman! I probably should also mention shipping services, they printed out the shipping label 🏷, taped the bag, and sent it off to Temu with the least amount of effort on my part. They just scanned my shipping label on my phone and did everything else for me. Best 👌 place to ship returns. Overall,I had an exceptional 👏 shopping experience. I will definitely come back and tell friends and family about this Staples location.

I recently purchased a computer chair from here and had a great experience thanks to Wendy. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She even helped bring the heavy chair box to the front of the store for me. Excellent customer service.
