Kelly Niehaus is an incredibly reliable and dependable broker. As a busy Edmonton Public school teacher that has undergone job action in the past year, I have needed her support during periodical financial difficulties. My father has always dealt with her, and in my younger years when I wasn’t quite ready to get organized, I wish I would have reached out sooner for a policy than last summer when I bought a used vehicle. Teachers on contracts do not have regular income, so she was able to find me the best insurance policy that suits my financial situation. Throughout the year, I’ve been able to reach out, always with a quick reply back. Just yesterday, I reached out during a heavy summer course load with no time to shop for the best insurance policies. Other teachers doing graduate studies recommended using TD Insurance as University Alumni, but she made the point that she couldn’t speak to the fees associated with TD, as she is professional and always giving accurate information. I have to finalize a lease today, and having reached out yesterday, just catching her on her last day before holidays, she got me an absolutely fantastic price for tenant insurance in an apartment in Edmonton. Every time I’ve asked her about car insurance, she’s given me quotes, even before I was actually in an insurance agreement with Westland. I cannot emphasize how pleasant and kind she is. She even showed solidarity at the time of our job action, which meant the world to me,an ambassador for public education. The ripple effect of her wonders goes far reaching beyond my colleagues and students. It’s people like Kelly that do the work to help professionals, undergrad students, and people falling on hard times financially. I’ve played all those roles, and highly recommend her as someone you can truly trust!!

I just met this lady and she treats me like family. Jo Ann Hennig has been awesome to me since I started dealing with her. First she gave me a better deal than my other insurance company and now she is helping me to deal with my flooding basement. So much stress around me right now and this lady is a bright light in my dark days lately. Thanks for all your help.
