Yesterday, I went out for lunch with my family and we decided to try Pakistani restaurant. A friend recommended Fatima Karahi Corner, so we thought we would give it a try and we're so glad we did! As soon as we arrived, a server, Sudah, warmly welcomed us and quickly arranged a table for our family. Service was friendly, attentive and made us feel comfortable from the start. We ordered the Chicken Karahi, Platter, Chicken Biryani, Beef Kababs, Beef Ribs, Gol Gappay, Firni and Green Tea. Every dish was full of authentic Pakistani flavors. Richness and depth of spices were outstanding and freshness of ingredients was evident in every bite. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Fatima Karahi Corner to anyone looking for delicious, traditional Pakistani cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a must visit for anyone craving true taste of Pakistan. A special thanks to owner, Mariam for being such a wonderful host and making our experience even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back again!
We called ahead while driving from Calgary to Edmonton & the staff kindly reserved a table and took our order over the phone. By the time we arrived we didn't have to wait long for the food, which made the experience very convenient after a long drive. The overall experience was good. The owner was very accommodating, welcoming, and ensured we were well looked after. The food was fresh, and the service was ok, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Pakistani food in Edmonton.
We came here for the first time and were seated promptly. The food choices are plenty and the food came hot and very tasty. The portions are decent and sufficient. The slight disappointment is that the chairs, tables and floor could be a bit more cleaner or attention to detailed cleaning. The dirty dishes also could be picked up more promptly and shouldn’t be our job to ask to have them picked up. Summary: Food - Great and tasty Service- with a little encouragement, it could be a lot better. Would we come back- Yes
Had a wonderful reunion brunch at Fatima Kadhai in Edmonton with our UET friends, the mutton kadhai and chicken kadhai were absolutely delicious, full of rich & authentic flavours, fish pakora was also a crispy & well tendered, we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and their family during our brunch, they were incredibly warm n friendly, congrats to Abu Bakar on his wedding anniversary,
Ordered one kg chicken karahi for our table of three. They took about 30-40 minutes to prepare it. We absolutely loved it, portion size was good, we demolished everything. Chicken was tender and well done. Love the flavours of the gravy it was cooked in, it was delightful. The garlic naans were also soft and perfectly cooked. We also got paneer butter masala for our fourth vegetarian friend. It was not so good, he barely ate it. Overall, we loved what we had come for-their famous chicken karahi and left with no crumbs.
