Found this gem by accident while driving by. We LOVE Ethiopian so decided to come for dinner. Had the sambusas and the vegan 5-choice. Outstanding! Krishna was fantastic snd explained so much! Ambiance and decor were so sweet and quaint and we also just had to leave with jars of tea and spice! Apparently there’s an all-you-can eat vegan & GF buffet last Friday of every month-hope to try it on the next trip in!!
10/10 what a great spot! My friends took us here and we shared the mitmita fries to start, the meat platter combo and one order of lamb tibs! Everything was so good and delicious! The injera was soft and tangy, the veggie dishes so flavourful and the meat stews rich in flavour and depth! The service was great and athmosphere even more so. We sat outside on the patio and it was so lovely.
I wished I could give 5 stars except for the fact that our food arrived after 1hr 5mins. It seemed that there was only one server and she was the cook too. Seriously the server, Rahel, tried her best to give us the best experience she could. She was awesome, give her a raise, but she can only do as much. Anyway, the food was excellent. It was absolutely delicious. The ambience was great too and there was enough parking. The coffee was as good as an Ethiopian coffee would be. The presentation was fantastic too. Anyway, we will be back again and we highly recommend it.
This Habesha business is smart 😁🤓 y'all... ( Not the Uber guy dropping my bag of food, 😔😔🥑 all I could think 😔🤔 was " oh my gosh, the food is gonna be a mess ".) I got to the house 🏡 and braced myself for ingredients everywhere. Oh my gosh! The food was packed in a proper container 🫙 10 / 10 ( that was so smart 🤓🤓🤓). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 10/10 they really catered to me . - they called to help me fix my order. - they left a voicemail ( on why they couldn't make the first batch of food 🥑, I asked for ). 💐🏵️ I appreciate that a lot. 🚧🚨I wish they had pictures on the menu . That could help a lot. Coz some of the ethnic names of the food, I had to google / just call and ask.🚨🚧 The injera flat bread 🍞 - fantastic The 🐥 chicken - well cooked That salad 🥗 was really good... Next time ama ask for spinach . 10/10 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 CUSTOMER SERVICE 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 ( Keep up the good work) 👏👏👏👏👏
A truly lovely place with a warm, welcoming vibe. The ambience is cozy, intimate, and beautifully put together, with soft lighting and thoughtful decor that create a calm and inviting atmosphere. This was my first time trying Ethiopian food, and it turned out to be a unique and memorable introduction. I had injera with doro wat — while it was a bit sweeter than I expected and I was hoping for more spice, it was still very enjoyable. A special mention to our host, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the dishes to us when she realized it was our first visit. The Ethiopian coffee was another highlight — I loved the presentation, and the popcorn served on the side was such a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a great way to explore a new cuisine, and I’d definitely like to return to try more of their dishes.
