Langano Skies Ethiopian

I am biased because I love Ethiopian food already 🥰 but this restaurant is one of my top Ethiopian restaurants that I've been to in terms of food quality, and the amount of injera we were provided! We ordered the largest tray to share amongst four people and we all left full! All the included dishes were savory and delicious with a nice mix of both high/low spice and veg/meat. If I lived in Edmonton I would like to go there once a week 😁 I gave lower stars for atmosphere only because they were playing some type of new age music that was making us sleepy, and I would much rather have heard some traditional Ethiopian music or related genre. But overall, fantastic!

It is my first time trying African food. We ordered two main and two coffee. It tastes good and appetising. The mains are like a wrap, but soft pancake version. While, luckily I ask them to offer me a fork, or it would be too messy for non Africans like me to have it by hand. I really recommend you to order the coffee, as it comes with a burning spice , which has a sense of ritual. The environment is decent and the owner is so nice ! We will come over again and try something else.

Great food for lunch. The restaurant is friendly and clean and has nice African music playing. If you haven't had Ethiopian before, you can ask what's good. We had the spicy chicken and beef Tibbs and both were awesome. The tea was nice as well.

We had an amazing dinner here! Everything was full of flavour and delicious. We had the mix platter which was a great way to try many different tastes. There was also plenty of injera bread to go with the dishes. The coffee and tea that we finished our meal with was fantastic! Would highly recommend this spot, especially if you haven’t tried Ethiopian cuisine before!

The food was so delicious and same test of the original taste 😍 The lady is so nice, she treats us with love and kindness. For sure will come again. Highly recommended.
