LOFT Thai Eatery

We came here for my Mom's birthday today. Merin (I hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so welcome. We had the green curry, the red curry (both with coconut rice), and the beef pad thai. It was all so good! We all had leftovers for after, and Merin was so kind to package it up for us in the to go containers, and she brought a piece of cake over for my Mom for her birthday. Just an awesome evening, and wonderful place to have her birthday dinner! Will definitely be back in the future!

Pretty good overall but definitely not for people who like spicy food. We did the chicken satay which was supposed to be an appetizer but came last which was kind of annoying. The peanut sauce was probably the best thing we had. For main dishes we did the pad Thai and the Loft Thai basil. The pad Thai was good but too sweet. The Thai basil barely had any basil and was also not spicy at all despite ordering spicy. Portion and taste were good but again if you like spicy I wouldn't bother.

We had lunch here today. The pineapple fried rice was so good and yummy. I also liked the green curry, spring rolls, and green onion cake. The staff was nice and attentive. We will definitely come again.

Awesome!! The Thai beers are so good !! We had the pad Thai & laska seafood tofu & shrimp... extraordinary!! Super friendly service, we're thinking to just 'take out' but so welcoming that we dine in!! The vegetable rolls are outstanding, just explode in your mouth, so crispy...no after taste of old oil. It was our first time,it will become a go to without a doubt!!

This is my fourth visit to this fantastic Thai restaurant in Edmonton, and I brought my friends along this time. The food was amazing—pineapple fried rice, curry short ribs, mango sticky rice, red curry, green curry, and especially the Tom Yum Goong soup, which is a must-try! The staff were warm and attentive, making our evening perfect. Highly recommended!
