I had a truly enjoyable experience at Porta Romana Restaurant. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, creating a perfect setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The food was outstanding—rich in authentic flavors and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. The service was warm and attentive, with staff who were friendly and professional without being intrusive. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Overall, Porta Romana offers a wonderful combination of great food, excellent service, and a charming atmosphere. I would happily recommend it and look forward to returning again.

Absolutely stunning meals for our entire family table! Everyone had been there once before and I was a first timer; I've now become a future customer going forward! Lovely ambience and absolutely warm and welcoming staff! A hidden gem for those who love Italian food and wines

Update: With another day of training in Edmonton for work, I had to make the drive to Spruce Grove to come here again!!! I've updated the service to 5 stars as it was super prompt. And yes, the food was just as amazing as a few months ago!!! I am in Spruce Grove for a work trip and came here based on the reviews. I was a little worried I was underdressed in a pair of jeans, the atmosphere was amazing. I was greeted and seated very promptly. My food came quickly and was delicious (fettuccine alfredo)!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. My only reason for 4 stars for service is that when I finished my meal and again, my dessert, I sat and waited for some time before the server came back. Speaking of dessert, it's a good thing I don't live here because I would eat way too much of the meringue. It was divine!!! I would absolutely come back if I had the chance!

This evening my wife and I along with my brother and his wife experienced a spectacular dinner meal. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The servers were filled with genuine smiles, our personal server was by far one of the best we have ever experienced, the food was hot, and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was so eligant and warm and so inviting. All i can say is We'll done staff and owner. You hit it out of the ball park

My husband and I were passing by Spruce Grove tonight and we decided to have dinner there without planning. It was our first time eating at Porta Romana and we are glad that we did. The service was great and so was the food. Food is made from scratch and the restaurant is very clean and neat. Enjoyable atmosphere. The cherry on top was the Tiramisu dessert. Fresh, light and made from scratch (the best I have ever had). We are satisfied and we will be back for sure! Thank You for the great food and service!
