Small place, with greasy feel. Lots parking tho. Was not bad but not great either. I get seafood in alberta is expensive but way over priced in my opinion for essentially fast food seafood. The rice tasted like it was microwaved rice from 2 days ago didnt even eat. The sangrias have no wine in them at all. Feel takin advantage of for sure. For full 2 person meal nothing crazy with 1 drink 200$ !!! Nuts. Definitely would not recommend and definitely would not return
If you LOVE SEAFOOD, you will love this place! Eating with your hands and a feast before your eyes! Definitely puts Red 🦞 to shame 😘 not exactly, but this is close #1 as it's based on Seafood Boils as the Main Features 🙌🏼
Great experience overall! The seafood was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely worth a visit!
The only thing good was the rice. We ordered to $200 crab boiled. Rice came out with plastic spoons. Then our boil came out (no crab). With plastic forks. Then 10 mins later we got a crab. The smallest crab ive ever seen. When we broke it open it was black and over cooked. The corn, shrimp, clams and muscles were all VERY over cooked. Im very sure its all pre cooked and just heated up. Not one server came and asked how the food was? They did refill our drinks but that's it. This experience was the worst restaurant experience ive ever had. We will never be back. I let a server know what our experience was and all she said said was oh sorry. P.s. when you pay that much money, I think I deserve proper utensils!
My husband and I were really looking forward to trying a seafood boil for the first time and, honestly, we were quite disappointed with the value you get. It’s advertised as a pound, and I would disagree that we got a pound of seafood each. The crab my husband got was delicious, but I got the shrimp, and the shrimp tasted old and were not cleaned properly — they still had the veins in them. It wouldn’t take a lot of effort on their part to pre-cut and remove the veins for the price they charge. You also only get half a piece of corn, one single egg, or one potato. The service wasn’t very good either. There were a lot of staff behind the counter, but no one came to check on us while we were eating or ask if we needed refills. We had to flag down a server just to get a refill on our pop. I wouldn’t waste the money coming back, especially when there are no prices on the menu, so you really don’t know what to expect when the bill comes.
