The Ridge Social Eatery

Absolutely horrible. we had a lovely server named Ange who started three weeks ago who tried help us out the best she could and was an absolute angel. She ended up getting our bills exempted but she fought for like 20 minutes to get to that point for us. But when we walked in we waited for over 30 minutes while the on duty manger and bar tender looked at us and didn’t come over to help. Ange was running around taking almost all of the tables. We were told by one server to sit wherever and she dropped off the menu and didn’t serve us after while she took then multiple tables that came in after us. the food was gross the blu burger or whatever it was with the fries and both were nasty and the fries tasted like were coated in oil. Neither me or my friend ate ours yet it’s been the biggest fight to have our bill exempted. Do better and treat your servers better.

My friend and I sat outside. Very nice atmosphere. The service was initially good but went over the top. Our server approached us 7 times after we got our meal to see if we needed anything. The food: My friend had quesadillas which she usually orders, they seemed ok. The pork tacos that I had were less than adequate. The meat tasted stale like it had been sitting in a fridge too long and had no flavour. For the price I expected more.

This was our first visit to the Ridge Eatery. Our server Ella was fantastic and attentive to our needs, just the right balance ! The wings were also great! Having been a regular st crown and tower for years, we may have found an amazing alternative in the Ridge Eatery:)

The food quality was not good. The steak was way over cooked and the menu says you will get much more than you actually receive. Portions were small prices were high and service was slow. I do not recommend

We all enjoyed the food here very much! We sat on the shady patio and were served by Hayley she was great, very friendly and attentive. I had the fish and chips and they were really good, a very large piece so unless you are starved you won't need a second piece. The fries, tartar sauce and malt vinegar were all delicious but the coleslaw was just ok, not creamy enough for my taste. My wife had the fish/shrimp tacos and she really enjoyed them, particularly the mango salsa. Our friend had the chicken tacos and she said they were delicious, we all intend to come back often, highly recommend this restaurant.
