Black Viper Catering

We hired Black Viper to cater a Birthday party at our lake lot. From the initial contact the communication was amazing, the service was top notch and they worked with us to create a custom menu. The food was out of this world. It’s all anyone could talk about after the event and if you hire them you will not be disappointed. The food is homemade and you can taste the freshness and quality. Highly recommend hiring them for your next event!

Had the Clayton Burger with garlic Parmesan fries. I never reviewed a burger like this in my life. I just have one thing to say… go get one!! Seriously, what are you waiting for!? This is the most amazing burger I have ever had!! The perfectly seasoned burger that is bigger than the bun, topped with this “baconasse” sauce was unbelievable!!! You have to try this!! Talking with the owner/chef Jason he convinced us to try the “Anima Fries.” Ok.. hold on to your hats! Garlic Parmesan fries with chopped burger, aioli sauce and…pickle!!! Yes, pickle!!!! I’m not a pickle fan but… wholly!!!! Who would have thought!! The pictures don’t do this good any justice. You have to try it and… make sure the napkins are close!!! You’ll dive right in and may not even come up for air!!! Soooo good!!! Best burger and fries I have ever had!!!! Had to come back for another round!!! This time brisket!!! Amazing!!!

Randomly stumbled across this food truck last week, and I can’t stop thinking about it ever since!! I had the pulled pork combo and my partner had the brisket combo and both were blown away with the flavour of not only the smoked meats but everything from delicious fries to the slaw was just perfect!!! The owners were super friendly!! We will definitely be back for more!! Don’t change a thing :P

Ok, the best burger in Alberta hands down- the Jazzy! Jason is the man! The bourbon bacon jam is to die for!

These folks are legit. They have come to our worksite twice and I can easily say that the burger I just ate was one of the best in Edmonton and area. So freaking good. I had the brisket sandwich the first time and it was excellent. I smoke my own brisket and do a pretty good job so I am picky and their's was right up there. Good prices, big portions and amazing quality.
