I first came across The Woodvale Room on Instagram, and the photos and videos looked incredible. I wasn't quite sure what to expect since it's located at the Millwoods Golf Course, but it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The restaurant is beautifully designed, the views are fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service was exceptional. Dasha made our evening so enjoyable with her friendly, attentive service and excellent recommendations. She encouraged us to try a few menu items we may not have ordered otherwise, and every one of them was outstanding. The cocktails were expertly made, the food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes and quality offered excellent value for the price. We'll definitely be back soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Woodvale Room to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Edmonton!
This is truly a hidden gem in Edmonton! Every dish we ordered was outstanding. The beet salad was fresh, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. The tagliatelle was absolutely incredible—easily the best pasta I've had in a long time. We grabbed 2 of the desserts the cheese cake and the tres leches. Definately make room for a dessert! The food, atmosphere, and service made for a fantastic dining experience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend The Woodvale Room to anyone looking for an amazing meal!
Since we eloped, we wanted to find the perfect spot to celebrate with our family and friends and could not have found a better place than The Woodvale Room. From the atmosphere, to the delicious food, to the amazing staff, it was the perfect location. Over two nights we were able to rent their private room where we were able to freely roam in and out of the private outdoor balcony. If you are looking for the perfect spot for any type of celebration, you absolutely cannot go wrong here! Our family and friends are still talking about the food and service and we couldn't be happier!
My friend and I went here yesterday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was incredibly delicious, and the presentation was impressive, every dish looked as good as it tasted. We started with the croquettes for appetizers, which were also delightful. The service was warm and attentive. Both our server and the hostess were very friendly, and our wait time was short. The venue itself is elegant with lovely decorations, and the private setting makes it perfect for a quiet, intimate dinner. We decided to try this place based on its great reviews, and it completely lived up to them. The drinks were excellent, and for our meals, my friend had the tagliatelle while I enjoyed the bison lasagna, both were superb. For dessert, we had the lava cake, which was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
This is a very unique place. We came here and the atmosphere was wonderful! The food was delicious, the drinks were so colorful and overall it was a great experience.
