Wow, truly an elevated spa. I haven’t been to a spa like this before, so I felt like royalty!! Great customer service. You get slides when you go in and they give you a tour and show you the nice bathrooms which have showers in them, you get a bath robe if you want, and there are two waiting rooms that I recommend utilizing before you go in for whatever treatment you pick. They had a warm, tiled room with a water fountain in the middle that had middle seats. I chose to relax in this area before as I found it very soothing. The other area had loungers with fruit, water, tea, and cookies with a fire place. I got a head massage which was so relaxing. I will 100% be back and have already referred them. Update: I’ve now gone to 10+ yoga classes there and cannot recommend them enough. They’ve got a wide selection of classes like yoga nidra (sleep), Hatha, yin, flow, and more!

Had an amazing time for my first spa experience. Sylvia did my massage, very very kind. Liz did my facial, she was very knowledgeable, and kind. Emily did my manicure, again very kind and efficient in what she does. And then another emily did my lash lift, she was very very kind, knew what to look for, explained the process and kept talking to me while we were doing the waiting parts, then did my lash tint for free! Great experience on my behalf. My sister ended up with a neck burn from a hot towel, got too overheated as everything is heated, her burn then they kept her feet in the pedicure hot water bath for almost 2 hrs during her service and she had to cut it short. They gave her some coldstone to put on the back of her neck and said they were going to give her a discount since they burnt her neck, gave her heat stroke pretty much and she didnt get to finish her pedicure service cause of the overheating and they gave her a 6% discount... she paid for me her and our friend spending almost 2000$ and brought another 4 girls for services in the afternoon..

Virginia is phenomenal! I’ve been to different massage therapists at various places but I always come back to bliss for Virginia! :) she is incredibly kind and accommodating to my health condition. She takes that extra care to check in on how I’m feeling, ensuring that my health condition doesn’t get triggered. She’s AMAZING and I cannot thank her enough for what she does! Wei is also really good, and she was the first massage therapist I went to when I came here. She’s absolutely lovely and I hope both RMTs get the recognition they deserve!! 🫶

Fantastic experience. The spa is gorgeous, the staff were kind and helpful. I felt welcome and cared for. The deep tissue massage I had was exactly what I needed, perfect pressure and technique. The hydrating facial was gentle and effective - a total pleasure. It was the little extras that really made a difference: the lounge between treatments, the towel service in both the facial and massage, the aromatherapy options, the heated treatment beds, the BABOR products in the changeroom, the softest robe I've ever worn... Best spa experience I've had in Edmonton.

First time at Bliss was lovely! Had a 60 minute massage with Ainsleah. She was calm, quiet, and the pressure was just right for a very relaxing experience. The steam shower afterwards was such a luxurious bonus, followed by relaxing in the lounge cuddled up with a blanket and a tea! — Highly recommend Bliss Spa, I will be back!
